The popular Reclaimer 18 shotgun has been temporarily removed from Call of Duty: Warzone, with no specific reason given by developers. This unexpected action, announced via official Call of Duty channels, has sparked considerable debate within the player community.

Warzone boasts an extensive arsenal, constantly expanding with weapons from new Call of Duty titles like Black Ops 6. This vast selection presents balancing challenges, especially when integrating weapons originally designed for different games (e.g., Modern Warfare 3). Maintaining balance and stability across this diverse weapon pool is a significant undertaking for the developers.

The Reclaimer 18, a semi-automatic shotgun inspired by the SPAS-12, is the latest casualty of these challenges. Its temporary removal, effective immediately, leaves players without access until further notice. The lack of explanation surrounding the disabling has fueled speculation.
