Once registered, the FlySmart app becomes your go-to resource for managing any flight-related issues. If you encounter service discrepancies, non-compliance, or violations during your air travel, you can easily lodge a complaint directly through the app. Enhance your complaint with photos and attached documents to bolster your case. You'll receive timely notifications about the progress of your complaint, from initiation to resolution, and can monitor its status in real-time using the Case History list.

Stay informed with the latest travel-related updates, including national flight disruptions, breaking travel news, and other significant events, all delivered directly to your FlySmart app. With seamless access to the FlySmart website and Facebook page within the app, essential travelers' rights information is always within reach*.
