Galar Pokémon Arrive with Steeled Resolve Event

Pokémon Go's "Steeled Resolve" Event: New Pokémon, Raids, and More!

Get ready, Pokémon Go trainers! Niantic has announced a new event, Steeled Resolve, running from January 21st to 26th. This event brings a host of exciting additions to the game.

First up, the Galar region Pokémon Rookidee, Corvisquire, and Corviknight make their debut! Keep an eye out for these new additions in the wild.

Steeled Resolve also kicks off a new chapter of the free Dual Destiny Special Research, available until March 4th. Complete tasks to earn rewards like Fast and Charged TMs and a Lucky Egg.

Magnetic Lure Modules will attract Onix, Beldum, and Rookidee, while Shadow Pokémon can now forget the Frustration Charged Attack using a Charged TM. Wild encounters include Clefairy, Machop, and Paldean Wooper. Raids will feature Lickitung, Skorupi, and various forms of Deoxys, with Mega Gallade and Mega Medicham leading the Mega Raids. Shieldon and Rookidee will hatch from Eggs. Field Research tasks offer encounters and items, while a paid Timed Research ($5) provides 2x Hatch Stardust and encounters with Galarian Weezing and Clodsire.

And that's not all! Go Battle Week: Dual Destiny runs concurrently, offering 4x Stardust from win rewards and increased daily battle sets. The Great and Ultra Leagues will be active. Prepare for battles!
