Dead Island 2 Unleashes New Content: Game+, Zombies & Horde Mode

Dead Island 2's Patch 6 introduces thrilling new game modes and content! This update includes New Game Plus (NG+), a challenging horde mode, and exciting additions to the Ultimate Edition.

Dead Island 2: Confront the Revenants

NG+ mode lets you replay Dead Island 2 at increased difficulty, retaining your inventory, character level, and skills. You'll gain three extra skill slots, a higher level cap, new weapons, skins, and face formidable new enemies: the Revenants. These enhanced Apex zombies boast new behaviors and significantly increased difficulty. Developers promise a heightened challenge for seasoned players. All weapons in NG+ are more powerful, with a greater variety of fixed-rarity weapons to discover.

The update also features "Neighborhood Watch," a unique blend of horde and tower defense modes. Players defend their base over five in-game days, completing objectives and eliminating waves of zombies to earn valuable gear.
