With the Retailer Tribe App, retailers can efficiently handle a variety of customer services, including new customer registration, editing existing customer details, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash in/out, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.
The app also empowers retailers to manage their own accounts with Airtel. Key features include viewing and editing profiles, managing stock through viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing, checking sales hierarchies, resetting AM/EVD pins, unlocking accounts, accessing agent loans, and performing banking services directly from their accounts. Retailers can also review their transaction history, track commissions earned, and monitor their performance on Airtel services.
