To enhance the SEO and readability of your content while maintaining its original format and structure, I've revised the text as follows:
Check your WiFi's network security. Any intruders? WPS protocol
WPSApp is an essential tool for evaluating the security of your WiFi network through the WPS protocol. This protocol enables connection to a WiFi network using an 8-digit pin, often pre-set in the router. Unfortunately, the pins for many routers from various manufacturers are either known or can be calculated, posing a significant security risk.
This application employs these pins to attempt connections and assess the vulnerability of your network. It incorporates several known algorithms for pin generation and default pins, and also calculates default keys for certain routers. Additionally, WPSApp allows you to view WiFi passwords stored on your device, scan devices connected to your network, and analyze the quality of WiFi channels.
Using the app is straightforward. When scanning nearby networks, you'll notice networks marked with a red cross, indicating "secure" networks where the WPS protocol is disabled and the default password is unknown.
Networks marked with a question mark have the WPS protocol enabled, but the pin remains unknown. In this scenario, the application enables you to test the most common pins.
Networks with a green tick are likely vulnerable, as they have the WPS protocol enabled and a known connection pin. Alternatively, if the router has WPS disabled but the password is known, it will also appear in green, allowing connection with the key.
Please note that root access is required to view passwords, connect on Android 9/10, and access some additional features.
NOTICE: Not all networks are vulnerable, and a network appearing as such does not guarantee 100% vulnerability. Many companies have updated their router firmware to address these issues.
TRY IT ON YOUR NETWORK AND IF YOU ARE VULNERABLE... REMEDY IT. Turn off WPS and change your password to a strong, personalized one.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE. Intrusion into foreign networks is punishable by law.
From Android 6 (Marshmallow) onwards, granting location permissions is necessary. This is a new requirement introduced by Google. For more information, visit: https://developer.android.com/about/versions/marshmallow/android-6.0-changes.html#behavior-hardware-id
Some Samsung models encrypt passwords, displaying them as a long series of hexadecimal digits. Search online or contact me for decryption guidance.
Pin connection does not work on LG models with Android 7 (Nougat) due to issues with LG's software.
Please familiarize yourself with how the application works before leaving a review.
Send any proposals, reports of failures, or comments to [email protected]. Thank you.
