The latest update introduces the ability to accept cases directly on your mobile device! Users can now accept or decline cases from the NEW CASES section on the home page. Enhance your workflow by long-pressing to multi-select cases, and search or filter them by client, case type, dates, or accepted before status. All your actions are meticulously logged in the case History for complete transparency and tracking.
