OPL DTC Reader

The OPL DRC Reader is a specialized application designed to assist in diagnosing OBDII Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in a range of Opel, Vauxhall, and Chevrolet vehicles equipped with CAN BUS (HS-CAN) systems, manufactured post-2004. This tool is particularly useful for car owners and mechanics looking to pinpoint issues in their vehicles effectively.

For **Opel/Vauxhall** vehicles, the app supports:

• Insignia
• Astra J
• Astra H - Engine Module Only
• Vectra C / Signum - Engine Module Only
• Others - not tested

For **Chevrolet** models, it covers:

• Orlando
• Cruze - not tested
• Others - not tested

Additionally, the app may work with other GM brand vehicles, though these have not been tested.

Using the OPL DRC Reader, you can access vital information such as the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Engine Code, and a comprehensive list of errors detected in key vehicle modules:

• Engine Control Module (ECU)
• Body Control Module (BCM)
• Transmission Control Module (TCM)

The application also has the capability to read mileage from certain modules, which can be a valuable feature in some vehicles.

CAUTION: To ensure the OPL DRC Reader functions correctly, it requires a compatible ELM327 Bluetooth interface with a minimum version of 1.3.
