Wuthering Waves - Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm Guide

Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," prove tricky due to their unique mechanics. This guide helps you conquer this particular patrol and claim all the chests.

The "Knight in a Storm" Dream Patrol is located in the Shores of Last Breath area, Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City. It's marked by a crossed-swords icon on your map, visible after activating the region's Resonance Nexus. Teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field (Sonata set drop location) provides the quickest access. Note: This area unlocks after completing the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.

Defeating the Knight itself is relatively simple. The challenge lies in meeting these objectives:

• Maintain S-Rank Battle for 10+ seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability usage (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Perform 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Successfully parry the knight's attacks when its weapon is enhanced.
• Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Stun the knight using your character's ultimate ability (deplete the white bar beneath its health).

Countering the Enhanced Weapon:

The knight enhances its weapon by summoning three swords, selecting one for the buff. During this enhanced state, it performs aerial lunge attacks – your prime counterattack opportunity. When the parry indicators above the knight overlap, use an attack to execute a successful counter. Repeat this three times to complete the objective.

Carlotta players can effectively parry using her jump attack or rifle shots, especially during Resonance Liberation or when she has Molded Crystal stacks.
