Sigils in LoL: Mastering The Demon’s Hand

Author:Kristen Update:Apr 07,2025

In *League of Legends* (*LoL*), the Demon's Hand card game introduces a fun, temporary minigame where players can enhance their experience using Sigils. These small stones are pivotal for gaining bonuses that can make your journey through the minigame smoother and more enjoyable.

What Are Sigils in the Demon's Hand in LoL?

Sigils are essential tools in the Demon's Hand, offering up to six active bonuses at any time. Each Sigil boasts unique effects that can either amplify your hand's power or weaken your opponent, helping you to progress without losing too much health. These effects are automatically triggered when you play a hand that activates them.

The strategic placement of Sigils in their box can be crucial, especially when facing different opponents. On the map, you'll notice that each opponent may have a unique effect that can influence your gameplay. For instance, certain suits might not contribute their numerical value to damage, or playing fewer cards might reduce your damage output. Some opponents can even deactivate your first Sigil, making it essential to rearrange your Sigils before battle to ensure your key damage-dealing Sigils remain active.

Obtaining Sigils is straightforward; you can purchase them at the Sigil Shop, marked by two coins on the map. When you visit, you'll be presented with three Sigils of varying strengths and prices. If the options don't suit your needs, you can refresh the shop for one coin to see a new set of Sigils. Additionally, if your Sigil box is full, you can sell unwanted Sigils at the shop, freeing up space for new, potentially more beneficial ones.

That's everything you need to know about Sigils in the Demon's Hand minigame in *LoL*. If card games aren't your thing, keep an eye out for the upcoming April Fools skins, which will soon be available on Summoner's Rift.
