Niantic has unveiled the exciting details for Pokémon GO Fest 2025, along with two additional January events. Get ready for a summer of Pokémon adventures!

Pokémon GO Fest 2025: A Global Celebration

The Pokémon GO Fest 2025 will be a three-day extravaganza taking place in three iconic cities:

• Osaka, Japan: May 29 - June 1
• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA: June 6 - June 8
• Paris, France: June 13 - June 15

More details will be revealed in March, but expect the usual blend of exclusive Pokémon encounters, special gameplay, and in-person event fun. Remember, event details are subject to change.

A World of Pokémon Awaits

Pokémon GO Fest is renowned for its unique encounters and rewards. Past events have featured rare Pokémon like Dusk Mane Necrozma, Dawn Wings Necrozma, and Marshadow. This year promises more exciting discoveries! In-person attendees can also look forward to exclusive merchandise and community events.

January Events: Fashion Week & Shadow Raid Day

Before the summer excitement, Niantic is launching two special events in January:

• Fashion Week: Taken Over: January 15th (12:00 pm) - January 19th (8:00 pm) local time. Catch Shadow Palkia, encounter the debuting Shroodle and Grafaiai (from 12km Eggs), and more!

• Shadow Raid Day (Ho-Oh): January 19th (2:00 pm - 5:00 pm) local time. Take on Shadow Ho-Oh in Five-Star Raids. A $5 ticket unlocks eight Raid Passes, increased chances for Rare Candy XL, 2x Stardust, 50% more XP from Raids, and a boosted Shiny Ho-Oh encounter rate. Lucky trainers can even teach their captured Ho-Oh the Sacred Fire move!
