⚫︎ Manor Lords celebrates its first year in Early Access with significant development progress and new features. What started as a solo project has grown into a team with experts in programming, art, design, and AI.

Upcoming enhancements include smarter AI for village management, a detailed records view to track production and consumption, a revamped approval system, and a new upkeep mechanic for buildings. Additionally, stone construction will be expanded with the addition of quarries and lime kilns, enabling the creation of more advanced structures.
