Atomfall Developers Reveal Extended Gameplay Trailer with World and Survival Details

Atomfall's extended gameplay trailer unveils a captivating retro-futuristic world. Set in a 1962 post-nuclear disaster quarantine zone in northern England, players embark on a journey of exploration and discovery.

The game features a unique protagonist with no fixed identity, fostering personalized interactions with a cast of memorable NPCs. Instead of a traditional quest structure, Atomfall emphasizes open-world exploration, rewarding curiosity and investigation.

Survival hinges on resource management and bartering with traders, as currency is obsolete within the quarantine zone. Players face constant threats from gangs, cultists, mutants, and hazardous machinery, demanding careful resource gathering and strategic inventory management. The limited inventory forces tough choices, while traps and mines add another layer of challenge.

Visually, Atomfall maintains Rebellion's signature atmospheric style, presenting a grim yet detailed depiction of post-apocalyptic England. Melee combat is often crucial, making gear upgrades, especially for melee weapons, highly valuable.

Atomfall arrives on March 27th for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, and will be available on Game Pass from day one.
