Open World ARPG Emerges from the Shadows

Wang Yue, an upcoming fantasy ARPG, is entering its testing phase after securing its publishing license in China. A technical test is imminent, allowing a select group of players to experience the game early, identify bugs, and provide valuable feedback.

A World Divided

Wang Yue's technical test unveils a world ravaged by a malevolent sun, leaving behind two floating continents due to a strange gravitational anomaly. Tian Yue City, a breathtaking inverted metropolis, hangs suspended in the sky above a desolate, ruined landscape. Players take on the role of Qing Wu, a mysterious character thrust into this chaotic reality after a betrayal. Qing Wu must unravel the mysteries surrounding the sun's newfound reverence, the upside-down city, and the shadowy figures seeking their demise.

Player Agency and Dynamic World

Wang Yue breaks from traditional open-world conventions, emphasizing exploration and player choice over repetitive quests. Soar through the skies above Tian Yue City or delve into the secrets hidden within the ruins below—the world reacts dynamically to your actions. NPCs are responsive, potentially calling the authorities for disruptive behavior or rewarding helpfulness.

The developers are actively soliciting player feedback through upcoming discussions, design contests, and other community events. Pre-registration is now open on the official website.
