Orna passe au vert : le MMORPG sensibilise grâce au gameplay

Orna, le RPG fantastique et MMO GPS de Northern Forge Studios, organise un événement en jeu unique, Terra's Legacy, pour lutter contre la pollution environnementale du monde réel. Du 9 au 19 septembre, les joueurs pourront combattre des ennemis sur le thème de la pollution et contribuer aux efforts de nettoyage du monde réel.

Lutte contre la pollution, une pomme Gaia à la fois

Terra's Legacy mélange de manière transparente les actions virtuelles et réelles. Les joueurs localisent les zones polluées dans leur environnement réel et les signalent via l'application Orna. Northern Forge transforme ensuite ces emplacements en « Gloomsites » dans le jeu, représentés par Murk, des ennemis sur le thème de la pollution. Vaincre les Murk sensibilise et permet aux joueurs de planter des arbres virtuels et des pommes Gaia dans ces mêmes zones polluées. Ces pommes peuvent personnaliser les personnages des joueurs et améliorer leurs capacités, et peuvent également être récoltées par d'autres joueurs. Plus les joueurs participent, plus l'impact est grand, à la fois dans le jeu et dans le monde réel.
