Préparez-vous à vivre une explosion du passé ! Le prochain titre de HaoPlay Limited, Metal Slug : Awakening, apporte l'expérience d'arcade classique sur mobile. Lancé mondialement le 18 juillet 2024, les préinscriptions sont désormais ouvertes.

Un redémarrage moderne d'un classique

Metal Slug : Awakening propose une nouvelle version de la série emblématique run and gun des années 90. Initialement révélé en 2020 sous le nom de Metal Slug Code : J par TiMi Studios, le jeu a connu quelques retards et changements de nom. Après sa sortie en Asie du Sud-Est fin 2023, il est enfin prêt pour un lancement mondial.

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la franchise, Metal Slug est une série japonaise de course à pied lancée en 1996, créée par Nazca Corporation et qui s'est ensuite développée en un phénomène multimédia. Alors que Metal Slug a vu des entrées mobiles précédentes (Metal Slug Defense, Metal Slug Attack et Metal Slug Commander), Awakening promet des fonctionnalités et un gameplay améliorés.

Le gameplay classique rencontre les mises à jour modernes

Le jeu conserve les mécanismes de base du run-and-gun, mis à jour avec des visuels époustouflants et des éléments de gameplay innovants. Rejoignez vos personnages Metal Slug préférés dans de nouvelles missions, explorez un mode World Adventure, faites équipe avec des amis en coopération à 3 joueurs et conquérez des niveaux Roguelike difficiles.
