Cette annonce passionnante apporte deux titres emblématiques de la franchise de courses futuristes de Nintendo aux consoles modernes. F-Zero : GP Legend, initialement sorti en 2003 (Japon) et 2004 (Ouest), rejoint la gamme aux côtés de F-Zero Climax, une version uniquement japonaise de 2004 qui est enfin voir une première mondiale.

La série F-Zero, connue pour sa vitesse révolutionnaire et ses pistes difficiles, est un chouchou des critiques depuis ses débuts en 1990. Son influence sur le genre des courses est indéniable, inspirant des titres comme Daytona USA de SEGA.
