To update the software of your Bring Digital Key to the latest version using the Bring & T update app, follow these straightforward steps:

1. Launch the Bring & T Update App: Begin by opening the Bring & T update app on your device.

2. Initiate the Update Process: At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the option labeled "Update digital key." Tap on this to proceed.

3. Select Your Digital Key: From the list that appears, choose the digital key labeled "BR_xxxxxxxx." If you can't find your digital key, simply tap the "Search again" button to refresh the list.

4. Review Software Versions: Once you've selected your digital key, the app will display both the current software version and the version you'll be updating to.

5. Confirm and Start Update: Press "Your device is correct" to confirm your selection. The lamp on your digital key will then start blinking purple for about 10 seconds. During this time, briefly press the button on your digital key for about 0.5 seconds.

6. Monitor the Update: After a short while, the lamp on your digital key will transition from purple to blue, indicating that the software update is in progress.

7. Complete the Update: Once the update is finished, the lamp will remain blue. At this point, tap "Close" in the app to finish the process.

8. Keep the Digital Key Close: Since the update is performed wirelessly, ensure your digital key remains close to your device throughout the process.

9. Battery and Duration: Remember, the update cannot be paused once it starts and typically takes about 2-3 minutes. Make sure your digital key has sufficient battery life before beginning.

10. Troubleshooting: If the update process halts or you encounter an error, simply close the app and restart it to try again.

11. Registration Requirement: Note that you can only update the software of a registered digital key. Unregistered keys do not support software updates.
