Step 3: When shopping, request a “VAT invoice made out to ZappTax” from the merchant. Capture photos of your invoices and upload them to the app, or send them via email to [email protected].

Step 4: At the end of your trip, simply click to automatically generate your tax-free forms. You’ll receive one or more forms that detail all your purchases.

Step 5: Before you leave the EU, validate your tax refund forms electronically at customs by scanning the form's barcode at a self-service kiosk (PABLO in France, DIVA in Spain) or by showing your passport to a customs officer in Belgium.
