The app's widgets are highly customizable, offering resizable options from 1x1 to 5x5. They can be displayed as both charts and tables and are automatically updated to reflect the current day's data. Importantly, the tide station data used in these widgets is available offline, enhancing their utility.
eTide HDF also excels in location-based services, tracking your current location to display tides near you. The tide graph is interactive, allowing you to stretch and squeeze it with simple gestures. Swipe left and right to access ocean tides predictions with minute accuracy for the coming days.
A unique feature of the app is a horizontal line on the graph that indicates the time required to launch and retrieve your boat. You can move this line up and down to adjust the desired depth, and the app remembers this setting for each port.
