Important Notes:

1. To disable persistent notifications:

   • (A) Long-press a notification, tap "All Categories," access settings, and turn off "Background Services."
   • (B) Navigate to "Settings > Apps > Taiwan Weather," select "All Notifications," and disable "Background Service."

2. GCM notifications will be discontinued on April 11, 2019. Update to version 5.2.0 or later to continue receiving push notifications. For details, see: https://developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/
