Game Overview
In "Apocalypse Survival," players must navigate a post-apocalyptic world where resources are scarce and every decision counts. You and a dozen strangers have stumbled upon a shelter, but it can only hold half of you. The challenge is to persuade the others that you should be one of the lucky ones to stay inside. Will your team make the cut and survive the impending doom?
How to Play
Each player starts with a unique character profile detailing their profession, health, age, gender, hobbies, phobias, additional skills, and human qualities. Additionally, you'll receive two special cards: a 'knowledge' card and an 'action' card, which can be strategically used to sway others in your favor.
Gameplay Mechanics:
- Round 1: All players reveal their professions. This sets the stage for the initial impressions and strategies.
- Subsequent Rounds: Players take turns revealing one characteristic at a time, explaining why they are essential to the shelter's survival. This is your chance to showcase your strengths and downplay any weaknesses.
- Voting: Starting from the second round, after each player's reveal, the group votes on who is the least useful. The player with the most votes is "ejected" and no longer participates in discussions or voting.
- Game End: The game concludes when only half of the original players remain, securing their place in the shelter.
