The wait is finally over! You can now download AVLView's highly anticipated School Bus module, designed specifically for parents. With app.avlview.com, schools can efficiently manage bus schedules, assign pickup and drop-off points, and keep parents informed about when their children's school bus is approaching these designated locations.

The School module in AVLView comes packed with features to streamline bus management and enhance safety:

• Create Pre-Scheduled Trips: Schools can easily set up and manage bus schedules in advance.
• Assign Specific Routes: Define exact routes (route fences) that buses must follow, ensuring they stay on course.
• Include Student Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points: Add these as waypoints to ensure all stops are accounted for.
• Notification Alerts for School Management: Receive timely alerts via SMS or email for schedule violations, including time mismatches, route deviations, and missed stops.
• Student Information Integration: Add students to the school bus module with detailed grade information, such as VII C.
• Assign Students to Trips: Allocate students to scheduled trips and their specific stops.
• Multiple Trips per Student: Students can be assigned at least two trips daily, covering both pickup and drop-off.
• Trip-View on Map: Get a clear, visual representation of the bus route and all stoppage points for student pick-up and drop-off.
• Parent Sub-User Accounts: Parents can access live tracking of the school bus, monitoring their child's journey and receiving estimated times of arrival at stops.

Parents will receive real-time alerts for various scenarios, ensuring they stay updated on their child's safety and whereabouts:

• When a student fails to board or exit the bus.
• If a student boards the wrong bus or at the wrong stop.
• When a student exits at an incorrect stop.
• As the bus approaches for pick-up or drop-off.
• When the student is picked up or dropped off.
