The program operates under a set of rules that govern how members can participate and benefit. A Participant in our loyalty program can be any adult or a minor aged 14 and above, who is legally permitted to engage in small household transactions. To join, individuals must be registered in the Program according to the established rules, and they must have a personal identification number as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To become a Participant, you need to fill out the Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire), providing your personal information during registration. By doing so, you voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection." Your data may be used for organizing and conducting various marketing communications, including emails, instant messages, SMS, phone calls, and postal services, as well as being processed through automated systems and electronic databases. This consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing.

For a seamless experience, we offer a Virtual Card, which you can access through our Mobile Application. This electronic card is designed for use on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices and is available on both iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns and operates this Mobile Application, ensuring that you can easily manage your loyalty program activities on the go.

Earn Bonus points (Bonuses) with every purchase at Royal Petrol filling stations, where 1 Bonus point equals 1 tenge according to the program's terms. These Bonuses can be used exclusively to purchase goods within the Royal Petrol network. Your Bonus account keeps track of all accrued, withdrawn, and current Bonus balances, ensuring you always know where you stand.
