Introducing our versatile portable media player, which also functions as a UPnP DLNA Digital Media Renderer (DMR). This device supports a wide range of subtitle formats, including SSA/ASS and SUP. With its user-friendly Storage Access Framework (SAF), users have complete control over accessing their media files.

Our media player offers robust support for SSA/ASS subtitles, allowing users to customize their viewing experience. You can add or manage your own font files, adjust the brightness of subtitles to better match HDR and Dolby Vision (DV) playback, and even resize the font to your preference. Starting with version 5.1, we've expanded our support to include subtitles in SUP (Blu-ray) and VobSub (DVD) formats. Whether your subtitles are embedded in MKV files or loaded separately, you can select individual files or use compressed formats like Zip, 7Z, or RAR during playback.

Designed to enhance your viewing experience, this player is compatible with HDR and DV content, and it supports digital audio passthrough. Navigate through MKV chapters with ease, step through frames, select and delay audio tracks, and adjust subtitles with time offsets. The player also displays frame rates and automatically adjusts the refresh rate for optimal performance.

For Dolby Vision enthusiasts, successful playback has been confirmed on the NVidia Shield TV 2019. Additionally, the player allows for video rotation and full-screen zoom capabilities with simple pinch gestures.

Originally designed for segmented files playback, our media player supports the m3u8 (HLS media list) format, which traditionally was used for TS files but now also accommodates mp4 and flv files.

Important Notice: For some Android systems, this app must run in the foreground before DLNA projecting.

In this update, we've addressed several issues including auto-selection of subtitles, the first chapter starting at 0:00, and better adaptation to new systems. We've introduced the ability to set a default language for subtitles in the selection box. Now, you can easily pick a subtitle file directly from the Storage Access Framework content page, which can be sourced from local storage, Samba/Windows sharing, or WebDAV clients—any SAF content provider app you prefer. We've also worked on resolving a crash bug related to the DMR service.
