The goal is to form a hand of 14 tiles, consisting entirely of sets of equal-numbered tiles and runs of consecutive tiles in the same color, by drawing and discarding tiles. Victory is achieved when all 14 tiles are in valid runs or groups, and you place your 15th tile at the center of the table to claim the win.

The rules are straightforward:
- Start with 15 tiles. Arrange 14 tiles into serial or double pers, then place the last tile in the center of the table to finish.
- Examples of correct serial pers include "1-2-3-..." (same colors), "11-12-13-1" (same colors), "5-5-5" (different colors), "7-7-7-7" (different colors), and more.
- Examples of incorrect serial pers could be "1-2", "12-13-1-2", "4-5-6" (different colors), "9-9-9" (same colors), etc.
- Examples of double pers are "1-1", "2-2", "13-13" (all the same color and number).
- An Indicator Tile is the tile that's placed open in the center of the table.
- A Joker Tile is one more than the indicator tile's value but the same color.
- An Okey Tile, similar to the Joker Tile, can substitute for any other tile in your hand.
