Yamada Heiando, a renowned Japanese lacquerware artisan, has unveiled a captivating collection of Pokémon bowls inspired by the Chinese Zodiac. These handcrafted pieces feature Pikachu (Rat), Ekans (Snake), and Dragonite (Dragon), each imbued with symbolic meaning for a child's development. Pikachu embodies kindness, Ekans represents growth, and Dragonite symbolizes openness. The artisan describes them as "gentle guardians," perfect for sharing meals with loved ones.

These charming bowls, crafted using traditional techniques, were initially released on January 17th, 2025, and sold out rapidly. A second sales period begins January 31st, with a two-item purchase limit per customer. Each set costs 16,500 JPY (approximately $105 USD), and international shipping is available (additional charges may apply).

Pokémon Center's Exclusive Eevee Evolutions Figures

The Pokémon Company also launched a series of exclusive Eevee evolution figures via the official Pokémon Center online store on January 16th, 2025. The initial release features Jolteon (skillful), Flareon (satisfied), and Vaporeon (playful). The remaining Eeveelutions will be released in groups of three throughout the year, each with its own unique personality trait.

These collectible figures are priced at $29.99 USD each and are available now on the Pokémon Center website. A limited edition release is also planned for the future.
