Wicked Genshin Impact bug allows you to deal terrible, terrible damage to bosses

Genshin Impact players eagerly awaiting the 5.4 update can currently exploit a surprising tactic to effortlessly defeat even the toughest bosses. This unexpected strategy utilizes the Hydro Traveler, often considered a weak DPS character, to dramatically reduce enemy health.

The method involves a simple yet effective interaction. Players deploy a specific number of Xiao Lanterns (obtained during the Lantern Rite Festival) near the boss. Activating the Hydro Traveler's Elemental Burst then triggers a significant health reduction in the boss.

This occurs because the Elemental Burst's area-of-effect (AoE) damage is amplified when interacting with objects. Deploying a large number of lanterns, potentially hundreds, can result in millions of damage points.

While this exploit is likely to be patched in a future update, it currently provides a remarkably easy way to overcome challenging boss encounters.
