A week after its initial tease, the latest update for Torchlight: Infinite has arrived, ushering in the Sandlord season to the ARPG. With a new season comes fresh mechanics, and it's time to build and expand your empire in the Cloud Oasis to maximize your loot. Start by constructing your Cloud Oasis and gathering essential resources to bolster your progress.

You can earn valuable resources by defeating enemies in the Netherrealm. Use these resources to unlock bonuses, establish trade routes, and enjoy economic rewards based on five different professions. The update also introduces the corrupted divine channeler Thea, who brings a powerful Desecration skill perfect for players who favor damage-over-time strategies in combat. It seems that embracing the darker side can indeed be rewarding.

The Deep Space region has been revamped to keep the gameplay engaging. A new reward modifier item called Probes can boost your rewards, but be warned: monsters are now tougher, meaner, and riskier. You'll need to sharpen your strategic skills to survive each run.

This update introduces new Legendary Stages and the Sea of Rites, where you can take down non-aggressive Goblins for a chance to summon a secret boss. Additionally, the Sands of Fortune event, running until May 1st, offers you the opportunity to complete new tasks for a chance to win from a $250,000 cash prize pool.
