Kiyoshi Kurotani is a 4-star Phantom Thief who serves as a Saboteur. His first active skill, Ring of Fire, inflicts Fire damage on a single enemy equal to 26.2% of Kurotani's maximum HP and applies the Burn status. If the target is already Burning, this ability grants one Chosen One stack, switches to target all enemies with half damage, and has a chance to inflict Burn.
