Completing the first five "Wanted: Midas" stages is a significant undertaking, involving obtaining an Outlaw Keycard of the correct rarity, opening an Outlaw Chest, and using a Sensor Backpack to steal a mask. The final stage, however, presents another challenge: finding and speaking to Outlaw Midas.

Unlike many NPCs, Outlaw Midas only appears after the Community Quest's completion. He's located in the Black Market northeast of Masked Meadows, Keisha Cross's home. To avoid potential conflict near the main entrance and the nearby Reboot Van, use the sewer entrance east of the building. This leads directly into the Black Market.

Midas is found behind the Outlaw door at the Black Market's rear. If you've already completed previous quest stages, you'll possess the Outlaw Keycard to open it. Note that the door might already be open, accessible to all players in the match.
