Survive the Shifting Tombs and Change the Desert’s Fate in RuneScape New Quest Pharaoh’s Folly

RuneScape enthusiasts, get ready for an exciting new chapter! The latest Dev’s Diary for April has just unveiled the thrilling update, "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly," a fresh quest available from now until April 28th. In this adventure, you'll navigate the perilous Shifting Tombs and strive to alter the desert's fate alongside familiar faces, Leela and Ozan.

Here’s the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The tension is escalating in the Kharidian desert, with Menaphos spiraling into chaos. Osman's shocking betrayal against his own people has left the city teetering on the brink of collapse. As factions within the city clash and the ominous presence of Amascut looms in the shadows, surviving the Shifting Tombs is merely the start of your perilous journey.

You won’t be tackling this alone, though. Leela is back in action, and you'll have the support of new allies, including some intriguing pets. Together, you'll delve deep into the ancient secrets of Menaphos, working to unravel the true intentions behind Osman’s actions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with its rewards in RuneScape. You can earn Thieving and Agility XP, earn the title "The Rabble-Rouser," and secure a new bracelet known as Leela’s Favour. This bracelet is your key to teleporting across all Menaphos districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

This quest isn't for the faint-hearted or the unprepared. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, to have completed the "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands" quest, and to have checked off various objectives from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club. Additionally, ensure you've built the necessary structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline. Only then can you meet Leela outside Menaphos' gates and attempt to save the city from its impending doom. If you meet these criteria, download the game from the Google Play Store and embark on your journey to "Return to the Desert!"
