Netflix's surprising holiday release of Squid Game: Unleashed – a free-to-play battle royale game – is now enticing non-subscribers with enticing rewards for watching Season Two.

What's in store for existing players? Starting January 3rd, experience a new map inspired by the "Mingle" mini-game from Season Two. Playable avatars Geum-Ja, Yong-Sik, and rapper Thanos will also debut throughout January.

Special in-game events unlock Geum-Ja (January 3rd-9th) and Thanos (January 9th-14th). Watching Season Two episodes earns you in-game Cash and Wild Tokens. Watching seven episodes unlocks the exclusive "Binni Binge-Watcher" outfit!

January's Content Drop:

• January 3rd: New "Mingle" map and Geum-Ja character. The "Dalgona Mash Up Collection Event" (until January 9th) challenges players to complete Mingle mini-games and collect Dalgona tins.
• January 9th: Thanos arrives with his "Thanos’ Red Light Challenge" event (until January 14th). Eliminate players using knives to unlock him.
• January 16th: Yong-Sik joins the game as the final new character in this update.
