Clash Royale has finally introduced the highly anticipated Evolution upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After nine years without any enhancements, this legendary fire-breathing creature receives a formidable power boost. To commemorate this milestone, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special announcement.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form revolutionizes its battlefield effectiveness. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the evolved variant maintains its escalating damage output for maximum impact.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites New Clash Royale Season

The upcoming season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the return of the 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared an array of Game Modes and Challenges running through June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft occurs from June 2nd-9th, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge from June 6th-9th, offering a Battle Banner and Emote.

Evolution Mayhem runs from June 9th-16th with up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows from June 16th-23rd, then 4 Card Showdown from June 23rd-30th. Evolution Bonanza from June 30th-July 7th permits up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
