Solitaire Clash to host new Halloween event packed with in-game events

Solitaire Clash is the latest to dive into this year’s Halloween frenzy.
Step into true crime mysteries, a Day of the Dead celebration, and a live event.
If you’re at the State Fair of Texas, don’t miss it.

We’re knee-deep in the spooky season—Halloween, or maybe both Halloween and Día de los Muertos. Many big titles are rolling out limited-time events to mark the occasion, but Solitaire Clash is entering the fray with a uniquely bold twist.

Developer Avia is launching its Trick or Clash Halloween campaign today, running through November 7th. The event features three interconnected experiences designed to capture the spirit of fall: a true crime mystery, a Día de los Muertos celebration, and a live in-person appearance.

Yes—if you’re lucky enough to be at the State Fair of Texas before October 19th, you’ll spot Avia Games and Solitaire Clash with a new Halloween-themed pop-up booth. Expect prizes, giveaways, and other festive surprises for attendees.

It's Tricky (that’s a Run DMC reference, by the way)

While few of you reading this are likely in Texas for the State Fair, the event still says a lot. Avia Games is clearly aiming for a broader, more family-oriented audience—distinct from the typical gamer-focused crowds at events like Tokyo Games Show or Paris Game Week.

But even if you’re not heading to the fair, the other two events pack plenty of eerie excitement. The True Crime Halloween Murder Puzzles, available until November 15th, challenge your detective skills with three gripping mysteries to solve.

Then, from November 1st to 7th, Avia honors Hispanic and Latino heritage with its Día de los Muertos event, featuring haunted recipes, an in-game memorial wall, cultural artwork, and more hidden surprises.
