The second week of The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event is here, offering a deeper dive into the mysterious visitor. But unlocking those sweet rewards requires a bit of detective work. This guide shows you how to find the elusive Shards of Time.

After some investigating and asking around about "Shards of Time," The Sims 4 tasks you with finding three of these mysterious fragments. The game offers only vague clues, hinting that they might be hidden within everyday household objects like couches and refrigerators.

To maximize your chances, head to a residential area—your own home or a neighbor's—and start searching! Methodically examine couches, refrigerators, and other common household items. Remember, not every search will yield a Shard, but you can search the same object multiple times. Persistence is key!

After a few minutes of searching, you should have collected three Shards of Time. Return to Emit (he'll likely still be hanging around the park near the Special Time Capsule). Show him your findings, and he'll guide you to the next stage of the event.
