Samurai Pizza Cats Return in Nostalgic Video Game Adventure

Developer Blast Zero and publisher Red Dunes Games are commemorating the 35th anniversary of the beloved 1990s anime, Samurai Pizza Cats, with a brand-new video game: Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast From the Past. This 2D action-RPG is currently in development for all major platforms.

The announcement trailer features a reunion of original English voice actors, including Rick Jones (Cerviche), Sonja Ball (Polly Esther), Terrence Scammell (Guido Anchovy, Narrator), and Dean Hagopian (Seymour “The Big” Cheese). Gameplay will allow players to seamlessly switch between the Samurai Pizza Cats, leveraging each character's unique abilities to overcome combat challenges and solve puzzles within the vibrant setting of Little Tokyo.
