Reverse: 1999 Teams With Assassin

Back in January, Bluepoch Games teased an exciting collaboration. Now, more details have emerged about the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed crossover, featuring Ezio Auditore da Firenze as a playable character.

In partnership with Ubisoft, this collaboration highlights two beloved titles from the Assassin's Creed series: Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. A teaser released in January depicts Vertin walking along a rain-soaked street with the iconic Assassin’s Creed logo glowing in the distance.

Prepare to Welcome Ezio from Assassin's Creed into Reverse: 1999!

The full roadmap is now official. Launching across Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025, the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed event will offer more than just Ezio's appearance.

The crossover unfolds in two distinct phases, each bringing its own set of Assassin's Creed-themed missions and narratives. Phase I immerses players in Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her companions navigate 15th-century Italy, piecing together mysterious clues.

Phase II transitions to the ancient world of Greece, specifically drawing from Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Fans of the original title may recognize some of the scenarios that Vertin's team encounters.

Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that merges contemporary and retro visual styles. You step into the shoes of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to a mysterious event called The Storm.

When The Storm strikes, entire time periods vanish. Vertin, alongside her ally Sonetto, journeys across history to rescue other arcanists attuned to these temporal shifts.
