PUBG Mobile Esports World Cup: 12 Teams Remain!

The first stage of the PUBG Mobile Esports World Cup (EWC) is complete, leaving 12 teams vying for a share of the $3 million prize pool. This exciting tournament, a spin-off from the Gamers8 event in Saudi Arabia, has narrowed the field from 24 teams to a final 12.

Alliance currently leads the pack. The remaining teams will enjoy a week's respite before the final stage, set for July 27th and 28th. For those who didn't make the cut, there's still a chance! The 12 eliminated teams will compete in the Survival Stage on July 23rd and 24th for two coveted spots in the final.

While the EWC has generated significant buzz, it's important to note that it's not the largest event on the PUBG Mobile esports calendar. With other major events planned for 2024, its impact might be somewhat lessened. Nevertheless, the Survival Stage promises intense competition and a thrilling conclusion.
