Get ready, fans of the Girls' Frontline series! The much-anticipated third-person shooter spinoff, Project NET, has just opened its pre-registration phase, marking an exciting new venture in the beloved franchise. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the universe, here's everything you need to know about pre-registering and participating in the upcoming Shock Point Test.
On March 3, 2025, the developers announced via their official South East Asian (SEA) Twitter (X) account that pre-registration for Project NET is now open. To join the excitement, simply head over to the official SEA website, hit the "Pre-Register" button, and enter your email address along with your preferred platform—be it iOS or Android. Don’t miss out; the Russian (RU) website is also accepting pre-registrations!
Alongside pre-registration, Project NET is rolling out a unique opportunity with the "Shock Point Test." Announced on March 4, 2025, via the game’s SEA Twitter (X) account, this beta test is exclusively for players in the Philippines and will be conducted on Android devices. Remember, this test is limited-access and non-monetized, with all data being wiped post-test. The Russian region will also have its own Shock Point Test; check their RU website for specifics. As the developers continue to fine-tune the game, they're gearing up for a global rollout.
If you're in the Philippines and eager to participate, complete the recruitment questionnaire. Successful applicants will receive their confirmation emails between March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025. Keep an eye out for further announcements regarding the testing period.
Sunborn Network, the creative minds behind the popular mobile game Girls' Frontline, first unveiled Project NET on December 27, 2024. This new mobile third-person shooter was initially tested in SEA countries from January 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
The Girls' Frontline franchise, which kicked off in 2016 as a strategy RPG gacha game for mobile, quickly gained a massive following and expanded into an anime series and other games. Its sequel, Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, was released on December 5, 2024. With Project NET rooted in the same universe, fans can look forward to seeing familiar characters and iconic designs.
While no official release date has been set for Project NET, the game is currently compatible with both iOS and Android platforms, as evidenced by its initial test. Stay tuned for more updates and get ready to dive into the action-packed world of Project NET!
