With over 180 cards, this set offers a wealth of exciting options to pursue. It includes more than 40 Trainer's Pokémon, 16 Pokémon ex, 11 Illustration Rares, six Special Illustration Rares, and three Hyper Rare gold cards. The set also brings back Box Toppers, featuring Enhanced Booster Display Boxes with a stamped N’s Reshiram Illustration Rare.

Journey Together Standard Booster Box

Opening a Booster Box is an exhilarating experience. With 36 packs, the sheer volume of cards increases the chances of exciting pulls. My highlights included N’s Reshiram Illustration Rare, Iono’s Bellibolt ex Secret Rare, and a Hyper Rare Spiky Energy. While I didn't pull Hop’s Zacian ex or Lillie’s Clefairy ex Special Art Rare, the variety of solid ex cards I obtained made it a rewarding experience. A Booster Box is perfect for those who enjoy the thrill of pack opening and want to amass a large collection of cards.

Journey Together Elite Trainer Box

Elite Trainer Boxes offer a premium experience, featuring extras like the N’s Zorua promo card, card sleeves, dice, and condition markers. With nine booster packs, I managed to pull Iono’s Kilowattrel Illustration Rare, Articuno Illustration Rare, and Veluza ex. While not as numerous as the pulls from a Booster Box, the structured, all-in-one nature of the Elite Trainer Box makes it a great choice for players looking for a comprehensive product.

Journey Together Build & Battle Box

Build & Battle Boxes provide a unique experience, offering a prebuilt 40-card deck for immediate play. My promo card was Hop’s Snorlax, a valuable asset for decks featuring Hop's Pokémon. From the four packs, I pulled Mamoswine ex and Swinub Illustration Rare, enhancing my deck's theme. These boxes are ideal for those eager to start playing with the new set without the hassle of sorting through numerous cards.

Our Pokémon TCG: Journey Together Pulls

From opening 49 booster packs across various products, I pulled 18 rare cards. Here's a rundown of some of the most notable cards:

Hop’s Snorlax (Promo 184)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A robust Basic Pokémon with 150 HP that boosts all of Hop’s Pokémon attacks by 30 extra damage. Its ability makes it an essential card for any Trainer-themed deck, despite the recoil damage from its Dynamic Press attack.

N’s Zorua (Promo 189)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

While not particularly powerful on its own, Zorua is a stepping stone to the potentially stronger Zoroark ex.

Spiky Energy Hyper Rare (190/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

This versatile card deals 20 damage to the attached Pokémon when it's hit, offering both offensive and defensive capabilities, while also providing Colorless Energy.

Iono’s Bellibolt ex-Secret Rare (172/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A formidable 280 HP Lightning-type with an Energy acceleration ability that can power up Lightning decks effectively.

Iris’s Fighting Spirit Full Art (180/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A strategic Supporter card that refreshes your hand by discarding one card and drawing until you have six, especially useful in decks that benefit from discarding.

Iono’s Kilowattrel Illustration Rare (163/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Lightning-type that helps manage your hand by refilling it after discarding a Lightning Energy, making it a valuable support card.

N’s Reshiram Illustration Rare (167/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A high-risk, high-reward Dragon-type that increases its attack power as it takes damage, offering potent attacks with Virtuous Flame.

Articuno Illustration Rare (161/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Water-type that accelerates two Basic Water Energy onto itself, making it a great starter for Water decks.

Swinub Illustration Rare (165/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

Useful early-game with its ability to search for Basic Pokémon, despite its low damage output.

Salamence ex Secret Rare (177/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A powerful Dragon-type with high HP and devastating attacks, ideal for players who enjoy aggressive strategies.

Hop’s Zacian ex (111/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Steel-type legendary with a strong attack, requiring strategic switching due to its limitation on consecutive use.

Alcremie ex (075/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Psychic-type focused on healing and control, providing sustained support in matches.

Mimikyu ex (069/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A tricky Pokémon that spreads damage and disrupts opponents with its ability to confuse.

Veluza ex (043/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A high-risk, high-reward Water-type that can deal massive damage at the cost of discarding your hand.

Lillie’s Clefairy ex (056/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Psychic-type that targets Dragon decks, scaling its damage based on bench size for late-game sweeps.

Volcanion ex (031/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A Fire-type that inflicts burn damage passively and has a strong attack that also repositions Energy.

Mamoswine ex (079/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

A high-HP tank with the ability to search for any Pokémon, scaling its attack based on the number of Stage 2 Pokémon on the bench.

Salamence ex (114/159)

IGN Photo Composite / The Pokémon Company + Creatures Inc.

Another powerful Salamence ex with the same high-impact attacks, reinforcing its value in aggressive decks.
