Dhelmise is exclusively available by defeating it as a 3-Star Raid Boss during the Beloved Buddies event. Successfully completing the raid will grant you the opportunity to catch it.

Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances

Dhelmise is a Grass/Ghost-type Pokémon, making it vulnerable to Fire, Dark, Ice, Ghost, and Flying-type moves (160% effectiveness). It resists Grass, Water, Electric, and Ground-type moves (63% reduction), and also Fighting and Normal-type moves (39% reduction).

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?

No, a Shiny Dhelmise is not currently available in Pokémon GO. Its Shiny variant will likely debut in a future event, potentially a Community Day.
