Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

Author:Kristen Update:Apr 24,2025

Pikmin Bloom

Today marks Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating in a unique way through its Party Walk event. This time, instead of focusing on steps, the event encourages players to plant more flowers, aligning perfectly with the Earth Day theme. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality and location-based gaming, you won't want to miss out on this engaging new event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom runs from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, the focus shifts from counting steps to tracking the number of flowers planted. Every bloom contributes to the global total, making your efforts count towards a collective goal.

This event not only promotes more greenery but also adds a fun twist to your contributions. Depending on the total number of flowers planted by the community, players can unlock special weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings. Here's what you can achieve:

  • If the total reaches 500 million flowers, participants will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin.
  • At 1 billion flowers, you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin.
  • Should the community push the total to 1.5 billion flowers, players will earn a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, specifically for White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind

To ensure your flowers contribute to the event, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up correctly. If you're new to the game, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

To help you with your flower planting mission, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Remember, all types of flowers count towards the goal, so feel free to plant any variety you like. Get out there and start blooming!
