• For players worldwide, a global remote event runs from September 26th to 28th.

Live events have become a cornerstone of Niantic's augmented reality games. In the post-pandemic era, they effectively encourage players to get outside, enjoy fresh air, and engage with titles like Pokémon Go and Pikmin Bloom. The Journey event in Pikmin Bloom has gained such popularity that it's making a return in 2025.

The Pikmin Bloom 2025 Journey event will unfold in multiple stages. It begins with an in-person gathering in Sendai, Japan, from September 20th to 21st.

Thankfully, players elsewhere won't miss out. A week later, from September 26th to 28th, the Pikmin Bloom Journey: Challenge Everywhere event goes live. This global version offers similar rewards to the Sendai event, with the added flexibility of participating from any location.

Blooming all over the world

So, what rewards can you expect? Participants can earn a special Rosette Decor Pikmin, an exclusive in-game hoodie for their avatar, and a choice of one out of seven sun visor designs.

Access to these collectibles requires an event ticket. Purchasing a ticket unlocks special missions, allowing you to complete challenges and earn the commemorative rewards to showcase your involvement.
