Patriot and Leader Join Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld

Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event is here, bringing exciting new content until August 7th! This update includes the X-Magica Showcase, the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, bug fixes, and balance adjustments.

Murderworld: Arcade's Deadly Amusement Park

The master of twisted theme parks, Arcade, has arrived in The Contest, bringing his Murderworlds—lethal entertainment designed for maximum annihilation. Arcade's goal? Achieve the highest body count. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games or team up to conquer his carnival of carnage.

New Champions: Patriot and The Leader

The Raft, Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is in lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in dire straits. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is wreaking havoc with mind control.

Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of a Super Soldier, and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fight on July 18th.

The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former chemical plant worker transformed into a super-genius by a gamma explosion, arrives on August 1st. Instead of using his intellect for good, he's become a villainous mastermind and Hulk's arch-nemesis.
