Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is getting a major update on February 3rd: Rogue Frontier. This first major update of the year introduces a thrilling new storyline centered around the Smugglers.

Life in the Outlands: Smuggler's Dens and Faction Warfare

Tired of the Royal Continent's strict rules? The Smugglers are a rebellious faction carving out their territory in the lawless Outlands. They operate from hidden underground hideouts – Smuggler's Dens – which serve as crucial hubs for banking, repairs, and planning expeditions. These dens are interconnected via the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the ongoing conflict between the Smugglers and the Royal Guards. Help rescue captured Smugglers or deliver contraband hidden within Smuggler Crates to earn rewards and contribute to the faction's cause.

Rewards for Loyalty: Exclusive Gear and Kill Trophies

Show your allegiance to the Smugglers and be handsomely rewarded by Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens. Earn exclusive rewards including a Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (featuring a potion cooldown reduction ability), a Smuggler's Ring, and a unique Avatar.

The Rogue Frontier update also introduces Kill Trophies. These drop from defeated players, with the chance of obtaining one increasing based on the value of the defeated opponent's loot.

New Weapons: Style and Power Combined

Prepare to wield powerful and stylish new weapons:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summon a chilling mist to repel enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Levitate and unleash devastating attacks from above.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleash shockwaves as you dash into combat.
