Official Announcement of La Quimera – A New Game from the Creators of the Metro Series

A new studio, Reburn, established by key developers from 4A Games, has announced its first project: La Quimera, a first-person shooter.

Staying true to their roots, Reburn delivers another FPS experience, this time immersed in a near-future, high-tech Latin American science fiction setting. Players assume the role of a Private Military Company soldier, equipped with an exoskeleton, engaging in intense combat against a local organization. Expect dynamic battles across diverse environments, ranging from lush jungles to a vibrant metropolis.

The developers highlight a compelling narrative and immersive gameplay, playable solo or cooperatively with up to three players. Adding to the intrigue, the script and setting are crafted by Nicolas Winding Refn (renowned for Drive and The Neon Demon) and E.J.A. Warren.

La Quimera is slated for release on PC via Steam, though a specific release date remains unannounced.
