Neko Atsume 2: Beloved Cat Simulator Sequel Arrives on Android

Neko Atsume's adorable sequel, Neko Atsume 2, is here! Expect even more charming, fluffy felines! While the core gameplay remains familiar to fans of the original, several exciting new features have been added.

The simple pleasure of placing treats and toys in your yard and watching cats arrive continues. However, Neko Atsume 2 introduces a social element: you can now exchange codes with friends to visit each other's yards and discover new cats.

New additions include helpful cats to assist with yard management and a customizable Myneko, a special cat. A subscription-based Cat's Club offers extra perks, including a free trial, allowing you to experience its benefits—like owning three Mynekos and meeting the Helper Cat, Aida—before committing.

A newspaper feature replaces the daily password system from the first game, providing 10 silver fish.

Gameplay remains largely the same: place snacks and toys, wait for the cats to visit, and record them in your Catbook. Over 40 unique cats await, each potentially requiring specific item combinations to attract. Download Neko Atsume 2 from the Google Play Store.

While the current selection of toys and decorations is smaller than in the original, future updates promise more. Currently available items include a Tissue Box, Eco Bag, Baseball Ball, Gold Fish Statue, Cowboy Hat, and a Temari Ball.
