Mortal Kombat Mobile Celebrates Decade Milestone with New Characters, Modes

Mortal Kombat Mobile hits its 10th anniversary, with Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios rolling out a major update on March 25th. Expect new fighters, an overhauled Faction Wars, a fresh challenge tower, and exclusive anniversary rewards.

A Decade of Intense, Action-Packed Battles!

The update introduces MK1 Geras as a new diamond-tier character, equipped with abilities like power absorption, healing, and damage reflection. Unlock him through Realm Klash rewards or the Kombat Pass.

Klassic Skarlet joins as the first gold-tier fighter ascendable to Level 5, featuring unblockable attacks, a unique Gash debuff, and the ability to drain blood droplets from opponents. She’s available via the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the standard version.

Faction Wars transforms into Realm Klash, where players select from five realms and compete for Realm Points across two-week seasons, moving beyond just earning Blood Rubies.

The 10th anniversary introduces new ranks: Elder God, God, and Demi God. Blood Ruby Packs now feature updated Kameo offers and MK1 Geras rewards, alongside refreshed visuals, new banners, leaderboards, and patched exploits.

Fresh Challenges in the 10th Anniversary Update

The new Tower of Time event, running for two weeks, offers a tough 50-floor challenge with seven exclusive equipment pieces. MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras gain unique Brutality gear sets.

A Fusion Boost modifier enhances the lowest fused card in your team for better balance. The Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower also return for the celebration.

Starting April 1st, players receive a free copy of each featured anniversary character daily for 10 days. Gold-tier fighters Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke are now ascension-eligible.
