"Monster Hunter Now Unveils Spring Hunt 2025 Update!"

Monster Hunter Now is set to launch an exciting special event named Spring Hunt 2025 as part of the second update in Season 5: The Blossoming Blade. This online paid event will take place from May 24th to May 25th, 2025, and will focus on the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

To participate in the Spring Hunt 2025, players will need to purchase an event ticket available in the Monster Hunter Now shop. This ticket grants access to a series of uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions exclusively featuring Chameleos, eliminating any wait times between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to acquire exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear.

The event includes two Event Exchange Hubs. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will be open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. During the event period, from May 19th to May 25th, players can earn tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons. These tokens can be traded at the hubs for valuable items such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Chameleos, renowned for its stealth capabilities and ability to emit a disorienting fog, will be the star of the show during the Spring Hunt 2025. From May 24th, 2025, players can engage in Elder Dragon Interceptions to confront this vanishing threat. Hunters ranked 100 or above can encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 24th, once they enter a preliminary state. To maximize your chances of success, equip weapons and gear effective against Fire, Dragon, and Blast, as Chameleos is particularly susceptible to these elements.

Defeating Chameleos will reward you with materials to craft the new Mizuha Set armor, which includes the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects by half and enhances your ability to poison enemies. The materials obtained from Chameleos can also be used to craft a variety of weapons, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
